Support

Help us tell the story of global change

We are currently seeking support to complete an eight-part series in the Pacific Northwest. Fiscal sponsorship is provided by Blue Earth Alliance. All contributions are tax deductible.

Project partners

Climate Impacts Group

CIG is an interdisciplinary research group at the University of Washington that studies the impacts of natural climate variability and global climate change on the Pacific Northwest. We are working closely with a scientific advisor from CIG, and their recent Washington Climate Change Impacts Assessment provides the scientific foundation for our work.

Washington State Department of Ecology

The Department of Ecology protects, preserves and enhances Washington's environment, and promotes the wise management of our air, land and water for the benefit of current and future generations. Ecology is helping us to secure funding, select stories and distribute the work through a series of community events.

Cascadia Consulting

Cascadia works with clients to develop and implement solutions to twenty-first century environmental challenges, including waste, climate change, and natural resources. They are providing fiscal, technical and distribution support for our new series.

NAU

A sustainable urban and outdoor clothing company in Portland, Oregon, Nau awarded us their first annual $10,000 Grant for Change.

Blue Earth Alliance

Blue Earth raises awareness about endangered cultures, threatened environments and social concerns through photography. They support Facing Climate Change with non-profit, fiscal sponsorship and project mentors.
