Certified wildland firefighters

As many of you know, this summer we are examining how climate change impacts the wildland firefighting industry. To prepare for this work we recently took a basic firefighter II training course and passed the pack test, a three-mile hike with a 45 pound pack in 45 minutes.

   We need your help to complete this story. Your contributions will help defray our travel and production costs.   2. It looks like you had to step right along on this deal! Good thing you had level topography. I probably could have beat your time (with some oxygen & a golf cart).
